Change: Geometry solution for computing the gamma method from the Medical Physics paper March 2008, pages 879-887, instead of the interpolation method. Computation time is cut in half. Also, interpolation is effectively more accurate by not restricting the space to interpolated nodes. Also, percent of values <= 1.00 is shown for the planar cuts through the 3D gamma distribution, for the plane displayed.
Nov 3, 2008: DosimetryCheck Windows version version 2, release 3. Run updatedc.exe and take default to c:\mathresolutions (where you have DosimetryCheck).
Oct 30, 2008:
DosimetryCheck Linux version version 2, release 3. In the
directory where DosimetryCheck is:
gunzip dcupdate.tar.gz
tar -xvf dcupdate.tar
Copy the file librlmrl.so to /usr/lib or /usr/lib32 or where ever the present
library file is of the same name. Note also X resource files ending in
"Res" to go where X resource files are if not your home directory.
Do you want to use Adobe Reader with PDF files as your default
print preview instead of GSView and Post Script files? Just
edit two files in the program resources directory rl.dir
( c:\mathresolutions\rl.dir ).
In file default.que change
"gsview" to "UseAdobe".
In file gs.loc, make sure you have
the path to where ghostscript is on your system, for example:
c:\Program Files\gs\gs8.54\bin\gswin32.exe
On linux, the executible name might be ghostscript or simply gs:
/usr/bin/ghostscript
